With 25 years experience of managing staff in the public and private sectors. I have now worked for Chwarae Teg for the past 2 years, initially on the very successful AN2 programme and now as the Inclusive Leadership Assessor, supporting Level 5 managers in becoming inclusive leaders. I have been an ILM assessor for the part 7 years and a qualified teacher and trainer since 1998. Every role I have ever undertaken has been about supporting and helping the public, staff or clients and have been careers that I have enjoyed.
